I stayed at TownePlace Suites for a week while traveling from California, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Aimee and Tasha were absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and available whenever I needed anything. I honestly looked forward to seeing them every morning to say hello. Breakfast was always fresh with so many great options, and my room had such a cozy, home-like feeling. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. This hotel really made my week so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone there for making me feel right at home — I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town!
I stayed a week and really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was super nice and the place was easy in and out. There was a great donut shop (pettites pastries) and bar (green onion lounge) within walking distance and overall the rooms were nice and big. Overall just a great experience.
This was my first experience at the town place suites. I loved it. They are truly dog friendly, they were kind to the boys and offered them dog snacks. They have wonderful customer service and refreshing drinks. I would definitely visit them again.
We travel for work for a living. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and actually more like family moreso! No need to name off the staff in particular, you all know who you are and you're great! Most definitely personable and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back. Lastly we haven't been bothered once by housekeeping when our DND sign is on, and since my wife sleeps through the day after working night shifts, you have no idea how wonderful it was to be able to relax since we've been many places that will attempt to make entrance even if the request was made to not be bothered.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really enjoyed my stay at TownePlace Suites Omaha West. My room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and the customer service was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The location is also great with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Omaha.
Tasha at the front desk was absolutely delightful! She went and and beyond at check in for me! I arrived early and she did everything to accommodate my early check in! Great customer service! Her hospitality was 5 star and beyond! I will not stay anywhere else except Townplace suite when I’m in Omaha! Thank for your exceptional customer service Tasha!
I had such a great stay at TownePlace Suites Omaha West. My room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed to relax after a busy day. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room which made the whole trip that much more comfortable. The staff were outstanding from the moment I walked in. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that I was having a good experience. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency across the whole team and it really stood out. The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and getting to downtown Omaha was quick and easy. I’m already looking forward to staying here again the next time I’m in town.
